Um regresso às origens, ao descomplicado, ao natural em detrimento do artificial...

Uma nova identificação com o que nos rodeia.

Uma maior ligação ao que é simples, claro, puro, natural... O ter não nos traz felicidade. O fazer, o sentir, o partilhar, o criar... isso sim! São emoções atrás de emoções e afinal é de emoções que vive o ser humano.

O turbilhão do dia-a-dia leva-nos a estilos de vida que nos adormecem os sentidos. Retiram-nos a capacidade crítica, a criatividade...

Viver simples é afinal despirmo-nos de tudo o que é falso e criado sob pretexto de nos facilitar a vida, prendendo-nos a uma realidade cada vez mais embrulhada... Por que raio preciso eu de 50 utensílios de cozinha, 30 casacos, ou 20 pares de sapatos??? Vivemos uma realidade em que os recursos são usados como se fossem infinitos e ao mínimo contratempo deitamos tudo fora e renovamos stocks... Uma boa forma de começarmos a questionar estes comportamentos descartáveis é pensar no valor do que estamos para comprar em termos da quantidade de horas de trabalho que precisamos despender para finalizarmos a compra. Ora, se um determinado par de sapatos custa 100€, a coisa pode não ser muito escandalosa... Mas se custar 2 dias de trabalho, aí a história já é outra... Dá que pensar, não dá???

To live simply is after all to get rid of everything that is false and created under the excuse of making life easier, holding us to an increasingly foggy reality ... Why do I need 50 cooking utensils, 30 coats, or 20 pairs of shoes ??? We live in a reality where resources are used as if they are infinite and at the least setback we throw everything away and renew stocks ... One good way to start questioning these disposable behaviors is to think about the value of what we are to buy in terms of the quantity of work hours we need to pay for the item. Well, if a certain pair of shoes cost € 100, the thing may not be very scandalous ... But if it costs two days of work, then the story is different... It make us think about it, doesn't it???
